Remember that the early portions of the game can be a little tough, though even experienced players that have low level character statistics, a weak horse, and bad gear can get taken out by 'wimpy' bandits sometimes. If you've played enough now to get used to the combat system (which it sounds like you have), you could probably crank up your difficulty settings a bit and be ok. The only settings I personally consider 'cheating' are reducing damage taken to self and/or friends, and lowering the battle sizer for the sole purpose of making a particular fight easier. that if you turn on ps4 controller support in steam big picture settings. If I'm not mistaken, 'friends' will count as anyone who is on your side during a battle: your own troops, companions, friendly lords and their armies, and farmers/manhunters that were fighting bandits. Well compared to the previous mount and blade warband in which my save went. Campaign AI may take time to fully kick in, since I believe it improves AI lord recruitment/training, which won't take full effect instantly.
I think the listed % difficulty is 101.Ĭhanges to anything but the campaign AI should take effect immediately.
